random freak

ok this guy was like extremely random. i know i say that about all the drawings i do but this guy really was all i know about him is that i based him off a guy i saw in a shonen jump fan art one time...i think the dude could have been from D Grey man but im not sure cause ive never actually read it. Anyway thats who i sorta based him off so if he looks like someone thats why XD let me know if you have any idea's on what i should do with him
